* For all machine inspections performed by Marine Travelift, the customer is responsible for supplying OEM filters, engine oil, gear oils, wire rope lube, and chain lube. All customer-supplied materials must be on-site prior to the technician’s arrival. The customer is also responsible for disposing of all fluids. Marine Travelift will supply grease and grease gun. Contact Marine Travelift Customer Care for recommended oil/lube specifications.
WANT TO VERIFY YOUR BOAT HOIST IS FUNCTIONING AT PEAK CAPACITY?
We have designed and built a test fixture that can easily be shipped to a customer’s facility for load testing of units up to 100-ton capacity. This eliminates the hassle of filling water tanks or balloons and then the proper draining of that water.
A machine inspection will be completed prior to the load test to ensure there are no safety items that need to be addressed.
